Shipping & Returns


All rates indicated below are in Singapore dollars.



Due to the natural ingredients and handcrafted nature of our products, refunds are not allowed. However, occasionally items are damaged during the shipping and transit process, and other unforeseen things happen. If the item arrives either broken, leaking or damaged, please send us a note with details of the issues within 7 working days of receiving the defective item. No refunds or exchanges on broken items will be granted after the 7 day time period.

  • Was your order damaged during shipping?
  • Is it somehow faulty?
  • Did we send the wrong product?
  • Not what you expected?


If your order arrived damaged, or a shipping error occurred, we will gladly replace your order free of charge. (Please be prepared to send a photo of the damaged item and shipping label). If you are returning your product for any other reason, please ensure that the product is returned to us in resalable condition and everything that was in the box remains in the box.
